St. Patrick’s Day is just around the corner and the perfect time to assist in preparing you for your celebration.  I pulled from my recipe archives and am so excited to share this fabulous recipe for corned beef tacos! Yum!!  This recipe slow cooks in a mixture of so much flavor from a myriad of ingredients with the added richness of stout beer.  So incredibly tender, sliced, tortilla ready and topped with Fiery Cabbage Slaw. You have the perfect recipe for your St. Patrick’s Day (or any) celebration!  Enjoy!

Tiffy’s Tips 
~This recipe braises the beef roast.  Use your crock pot, pressure cooker or Instant Pot, or of course in the oven or stove top!!  
~I love my recipe for Fiery Cabbage Slaw, so creamy and such a great balance of flavor with the beef.  
~The rich flavor of stout beef is a great flavor enhancement in this recipe.  In a pinch I have substituted regular beer I have on hand.
