A question I get all the time is “what do you serve when friends come over for dinner?” Say hello to one of my go-to recipes for a casual meal that feels special. Refreshing Greek Salad! Peach & Blueberry Galette


Who doesn’t love a sweet summer treat?! Given that it’s peach season in Texas, there’s no better summer dessert than a Peach & Blueberry Galette! Each delicious bite is full of fresh peaches, delicious blueberries, and a flaky pie crust topped with vanilla ice cream. Since this is my husband’s favorite dessert, it’s on frequent rotation in our home. This certified crowd-pleaser is shockingly easy to make and even easier to enjoy.

Ice Cream with Spiked Berries


As temperatures rise, cool down with my seasonal twist on traditional vanilla bean ice cream! My Ice Cream with Spiked Berries has all of the qualities of an easy summer recipe for entertaining. Simple, indulgent, slightly different from the norm, and so easy to make! The perfectly ripe berries are soaked in a rich amaretto mixture, and served on top of velvety vanilla ice cream… making for the ultimate summer treat!
