I purchased this prep/serving board during last year’s NSALE and I LOVE it! This wood board reverses from a flat cutting surface to a side with three indents, measuring one cup each that can store chopped vegetables and ingredients. It can also be used as a serving platter, and the trio of indents can hold condiments. Also, the surface area is bordered by juice grooves for spill prevention when carving meat.
