A Delicious and Light Rosé Cocktail

When I think of the perfect summer cocktail, I think of a light beverage that is crisp, refreshing, and simple. This Rosé Lime Spritzer checks all of those boxes! With a dry rosé wine as the star of the show, this cocktail is the true embodiment of a ‘summer sip’. While a glass of rosé is great on its own, this recipe transforms it into a sophisticated and refreshing cocktail. Prepared with just a few key ingredients, this recipe is easy to make and just as easy to enjoy!

A dry rosé mixed with elderflower liqueur, a squeeze of fresh lime, topped with effervescent club soda. Pour over ice, garnish with a twist of lime, and you’re done! Tiffy’s Tips

  • Serve St.Germain Elderflower Liqueur as an after dinner drink served straight or over ice. I love adding a splash to bubbly for a festive cocktail. St Germain Liqueur features a subtle yet delicate flavor, a fresh, quality taste and notes of peach, pear and grapefruit that are enhanced by the endless charm of the elderflower.
  • Use your favorite dry rosé wine for this recipe. A hint of sweet will be added with the liqueur.
