Well, these days with COVID…nothing!!! I have been working out at home virtually because we have been sheltered in place since early March. Thank goodness for virtual workouts with Stephanie Perry at D Method and my trainer Sam Watts with Watts Fitness, or I would have gone batty!
When life returns to a better than ever normal, you will find the following in my gym bag. I will now add a few things as life as we knew it has certainly changed. I have two gym bags, as I have two different types of workouts, Strength and Pilates.
Pilates Training Gym Bag
Jacket or sweatshirt
Pilates socks
Water or water bottle
Fanny pack for errands after
Strength Training Gym Bag
Jacket or sweatshirt for grocery store runs after if it’s cold. I am ALWAYS cold!
Water or water bottle
Baseball Cap, if needed for errands after.
