When creating the perfect summer cocktail, I try to check a few boxes… crisp, refreshing, simple, and light. The star of this cocktail features a beautiful, dry rosé wine that is truly perfect for summer. It’s crisp, light, and refreshing, which is such a great option for entertaining. A beautiful glass of rosé is stand alone fabulous but this recipe creates an elevated cocktail everyone will love. This drink is as delicious as it is simple, requiring only a few ingredients.

A dry rosé, elderflower liqueur, lime juice, and club soda. Serve over ice, add lime for garnish, and you are set. This cocktail can be perfectly made as a single serving, but can also be doubled, tripled and served in a pitcher for a group (for the sheer ease during a day of poolside sipping… no judging here!). Serve in the drinkware of your choice and you’re ready to go.

Rosé Lime Spritzer
Ingredients
- 1 cup dry rosé wine
- 2 oz. St. Germain elderflower liqueur
- ½ lime, freshly squeezed
- ice
- club soda
- sliced lime rounds for garnish
Instructions
- In a small carafe, combine rosé, liqueur, and lime juice; stir.
- Fill two glasses with ice, and rosé mixture. Add club soda, garnish with lime and serve!
Notes
- For a garnish, slice lime rounds and lace them onto a clear pick.
- St. Germain elderflower liqueur has a subtle yet delicate flavor and notes of peach, pear and grapefruit that are enhanced by the endless charm of the elderflower. It’s also great as an after dinner drink served over ice.

I will certainly keep this Rosé Lime Spritzer on rotation for the upcoming warm weather months! Cheers!
