Maintaining healthy hair can be difficult throughout the summer months, especially for those who spend quite a bit of time outdoors during the summer. Long days in the heat and humidity paired with increased chemical and sun exposure is likely to leave your hair in a much more fragile state. Summer is coming to a close, so it’s time to give our hair the attention it deserves.

For years my go-to hair care brand has been Kerastase. Shampoo, conditioner, heat protectant, hairspray, etc. While I still love Kerastase, I’ve recently had significant hair loss, and overly greasy hair so I have begun switching up my products a bit. I’ve found a few other brands I really enjoy include Oribe, Living Proof (I swear by their dry shampoo), and Drybar. Something I’ve started using that has been a lifesaver for my hair is the Slip Silk Pillowcase. Not only is it great for your hair, but it’s also proven to have benefits for your skin! I’m always open to trying new hair products, so please, let me know your favorites! When it comes to helping my hair recover from the summer, the products below are my holy grail!
