When I think of the perfect appetizer, I think of a recipe that’s easy to prepare with just a handful of simple ingredients. This Baked Goat Cheese is the epitome of a delicious and zero-fuss appetizer! This delicious dip has been one of my go-to hosting recipes for as long as I can remember. It’s the kind of recipe that keeps people coming back for seconds (sometimes even thirds), and always asking for the recipe at the end of the night. The creamy goat cheese paired with sun-dried tomatoes, olives, and pesto is baked to perfectly-balanced perfection! Serve this zero-fuss appetizer alongside warm toasted bread for a dish that will have people talking about it for years to come.

Baked Goat Cheese 

This delicious and simple Baked Goat Cheese recipe makes for the ultimate zero-fuss appetizer!

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces goat cheese
  • 2 Tbsp drained oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes julienne cut
  • 2 Tbsp Kalamata olives sliced
  • 1 tsp basil pesto
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • Kosher salt and coarse ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Place goat cheese in a small, oven-proof dish. Layer tomatoes and olives.  Drizzle with olive oil and top with basil pesto. Salt and pepper to taste.
  • Bake in 350º oven for 15 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
