  • Place chicken breasts in a crockpot.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and add chicken broth.
  • In a small bowl, mix spices and pour over chicken.
  • Cover and cook according to your crockpot’s manufacturing instructions.
  •   Cool, shred, and serve as desired.

Tiffy’s Tips
  • I love to serve the chicken over a bed of this rice. I sauté the rice with chicken broth, red onions, and a bit of parmesan cheese for a delicious and clean meal.
  • Serve in a wrap, on a salad, add to scrambled eggs, tacos, on top of a baked potato, stuffing for chicken enchiladas, or add to chicken nachos. The options are endless!
  • This recipe is perfect to make in bulk and freeze.
  • Adjust the spices to your preference or use your favorite seasoning.
  • When preparing food in a crockpot, make sure you add 1 cup of liquid.
  • I just replaced my slow cooker after 26 years (yes, it’s older than my daughter). Make sure to follow your manufacturer’s instructions for timing recommendations.
  • I’ve made this recipe with frozen chicken breasts, (yes, I forgot to thaw) just adjust the cooking time.
