Fort Worth Home

When walking through our Fort Worth home with our realtor Tyler LeBaron, I had a vision of the remodel and was so excited…but knew there were going to be many obstacles. The home was rather dark and needed quite a bit of work. Not too much but just enough to test my budget. I wanted a fresh, bright monochromatic color selection with bursts or accents of vivid color throughout with art, rugs and various accessories. The outside needed an enormous face lift. You know, like going to a plastic surgeon….well, we did that with Hull Historical.

Brent Hull and his team saw my vision and made it come true….we LOVE the end result. See below for before and after photos of our home! We brightened with a white paint, added shutters, custom lighting and opened the second level space by adding a loggia for outdoor living. We have little to no backyard as the front is our focal point overlooking the first hole of Colonial Country Club. Greg and I love sitting on the loggia in the morning, enjoying our coffee and discussing politics, our life, past, present and future. The interior remodel is a whole other story!! Hull Historical and my interior designer, Pam Flowers, worked their magic in there which I will share on my blog soon. There are so many unique spaces, I cannot wait to show y’all!
