While it may sound cliche, I love the start of a new year to refresh my healthy habits and implement new routines. There are SO many benefits to meal prepping. I’ve found that preparing food on weekends allow me to have healthy items throughout the week. This prevents me from entering the hangry, eating everything in sight throughout the day! For years my Sunday ritual has been making my crockpot chicken so I can easily serve throughout the week… so easy, healthy, and delicious! When it comes to preparing healthy meals, there are a few items that make the process overall much easier. Food Storage Containers
I updated my old plastic food storage containers to these multi size glass containers. These keep my items fresh all week long and are much better for your health than traditional plastic storage containers.
