I find adding a bit of variation to the weekly menu rotation is a great way to keep mealtimes fresh, exciting, and of course… delicious! In the spirit of a spring refresh, I thought I’d share a few of the recipes that have been making frequent appearances in my kitchen lately! Think of this as my March recipe roundup! When I think of spring, this recipe is the one of the first things that comes to mind! This refreshing Kale Chicken Salad with Apples and Cheddar is a household staple for us… especially in the spring and summer months! I consider this the ideal hosting recipe. It’s hearty, nutritious, and easily made with a few simple ingredients. This 5 Step Crockpot Chicken recipe is a year-round staple… I’m not kidding when I say I typically make it at least once a week! Made in just 5 simple steps, this is the epitome of less is more. Literally throw the ingredients into your slow cooker and voilà… lunch or dinner is served! The tender chicken is incredibly healthy, jam-packed with flavor, and always a crowd-pleaser. I love the versatility of this recipe, too. I typically serve with this rice, but it’s also great in a taco, on top of a salad, in chicken enchiladas, etc.! Breakfast is the most important meal of the day! On busy mornings can be difficult to prioritize a well-rounded meal, which is why I love these Breakfast Turkey Muffins. I prepare a batch at the beginning of the week, store, then pop in the microwave to enjoy throughout the week. So simple, satisfying, delicious, and incredibly convenient. If you couldn’t tell, I love a slow cooker… it’s one of the most frequently used appliances in my kitchen. This Crockpot Brisket is a tried and true “throw & go” recipe that’s frequently on rotation in our home. Simply combine the 7 simple ingredients, and let the slow cooker do the rest! With minimal prep and maximum flavor, it’s a delicious and healthy recipe that delivers every time. Serve in tacos (breakfast tacos are my personal favorite), lettuce wraps, or sliders!


I had to include one of the most popular recipes I’ve ever shared.This One-Pot Lemon, Chicken & Orzo Soup is requested often in our home… hence why it’s been made on repeat lately! Think of this as a fresh, more vibrant, and elevated version of the classic chicken noodle soup. It’s healthy, hearty, and dairy free (yet still so creamy), and a true family favorite! Trust me when I say, this soup is one of the best you’ll find. I know we’re nearing the end of soup season, but this light and refreshing soup is good enough to be a year-round staple.
