Sugar, Lemon Juice, and Sugar-coated Rosemary Spring for Garnish
Instructions
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice add Western Son Lemon or Original Vodka, lemon juice, rosemary simple syrup, and cranberry juice.
Shake. Strain in a chilled martini glass garnished with a half rim of sugar. Garnish with sugar-coated rosemary spring and a lemon slice.

To Make the Rosemary Simple Syrup...(Yields: 2 cups)Ingredients:2 cups water5 fresh rosemary sprigs1 ¼ cup sugar, dividedIn a small saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil; remove from heat. Add 5 rosemary springs. Steep for 2 minutes. Remove rosemary. Place on a paper towel and set aside. Add 1 cup of sugar to the water. Stir until dissolved. Cool completely.Place ¼ cup sugar on a plate. Using the steeped rosemary sprigs from the simple syrup, roll each sprig in sugar for garnish.
