1large bell pepper
¼medium red onion
¼medium white onion

Juice of half a small lime

Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until finely chopped and desired consistency.

Kitchen Tips ~Remove stems, ribs and seeds of jalapeño peppers to control the amount of spice. ~When selecting bell peppers, I like using a variety of colors red, green and yellow~Use a food processor or blender. I used my Vitamix.
