Caprese Bites
The perfect light bite for summer hosting!

Ingredients
2
lbs
ripe tomatoes
cut into 1/4 inch slices
8
oz
fresh mozarella, packed in water
cut into ¼ inch slices
1
bunch
fresh basil leaves
Balsamic reduction
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
to taste
Instructions
Arrange tomatoes on a large serving platter. Layer basil and mozzarella. Drizzle with balsamic glaze. Season with salt and pepper.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes

Use a
serrated knife
to slice tomatoes.
