The food, the family, and the wonderful fall aromas that fill the kitchen. Turkey Roasting Kit
If you’re on turkey duty this year, this turkey roasting kit makes the job SO much easier! It includes a baster, fat separator, turkey lifters, meat thermometer, and flavor injector to help with everything from prepping to serving your bird. For even more flavor, pair it with this turkey brine kit!
Roasting Pan & Rack
There are countless ways to roast a turkey, but in my experience, a roasting pan with a rack delivers the best results! The elevated rack allows heat to circulate for beautifully browned skin and tender, flavorful meat while making the turkey easier to lift out of the pan. And don’t forget those delicious drippings collected below. They’re the secret to a fabulous homemade gravy!
Cooking Twine
If you take one thing away from this blog, let it be this. Don’t forget the cooking twine! Trussing your turkey helps keep everything neatly in place while roasting and gives your bird that classic, picture-perfect presentation. Trust me, this is one Thanksgiving kitchen essential you won’t want to overlook!
Meat Thermometer
A meat thermometer is one of my top Thanksgiving kitchen essentials! Turkey Day is no time for guesswork, and precision is key to achieving juicy, perfectly cooked meat. I especially love this digital thermometer for its quick, accurate readings that take the guesswork out of roasting.
Carving Board
Now that you have a perfectly roasted turkey, it’s carving time! I highly recommend a carving board with a juice groove. The groove around the perimeter of the board catches excess juices as you carve, keeping your workspace clean and mess-free. I love this reversible board because it’s perfect for carving your turkey and doubles beautifully as a charcuterie board for entertaining.
Electric Knives
Carving the turkey can be one of the most intimidating Thanksgiving kitchen tasks, but an electric knife makes it SO much easier! It delivers smooth, even slices with minimal effort. I purchased this set a few years ago, and it’s been a holiday dinner hero ever since!
Baking Dishes
I absolutely love serving a variety of side dishes, and in my opinion, they are the true MVPs of my Thanksgiving menu! Baking dishes are a must for preparing and serving all those delicious sides, and you can’t go wrong with this Le Creuset set. It distributes heat evenly and goes straight from the oven to the table for effortless serving. Psst… Don’t forget the oven mitts!
Wood-Fiber Cutting Boards
Thanksgiving dinner calls for plenty of prep work, and I couldn’t imagine it without these cutting boards! They’re non-slip, made with thoughtfully selected materials, and an absolute must-have when preparing a big holiday meal. Plus, you can save with code TIFFANY15!
Leftover Containers
We’ve all made a little too much food on Thanksgiving (better safe than sorry, right?). If you’re sending guests home with leftovers, these disposable containers are a must! Don’t forget these bags for easy transportation.
