Pomegranate Vodka Cocktail featuring Hell’s Half Acre Vodka

Fall is here and there is certainly a bit of chill in the air.  It’s the perfect time to get my creative culinary juices flowing in the kitchen with a new cocktail featuring Hell’s Half Acre Vodka. You know I adore HHA, hence, my signature drink, The Puppy! Pomegranates are in season and the perfect tart flavor I love. This cocktail is not sweet but could certainly be adapted to any palette. Enjoy!

Pomegranate Vodka Cocktail

Ingredients

2-ounces Hell’s Half Acre Vodka

1 ounce Triple Sec Orange Liqueur

1 teaspoon pomegranate molasses

3-ounces fresh pomegranate juice

½ ounce fresh lemon juice

Sparkling water

Sliced lemon, sprig of mint and pomegranate seeds for garnish

Instructions

Combine vodka, triple sec, pomegranate molasses, pomegranate juice and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker.  Add ice, cover and shake until chilled. Pour in a high ball glass.  Top with sparkling water and garnish.
