Ingredients
2ozVodka
2ozFresh grapefruit juice
Ice
Instructions
Add vodka and grapefruit juice to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
Cover and shake until chilled.
Strain into a chilled martini glass.
Garnish with Sliced Grapefruit or grapefruit twist.
Notes
TIFFY’S TIPS
I only use freshly squeezed grapefruit juice, it just isn’t the same out of the can. I swear by this citrus press if you’re squeezing your own grapefruit!
Use your favorite good quality vodka, I prefer Grey Goose or Tito’s.
Serve in a chilled martini glass (stemless or with stem). To get a frosty glass, I run it under water and then place in the freezer for a few minutes.
My exact order when ordering at a bar or restaurant: Grey Goose and fresh grapefruit juice, one part to one part, shaken and served martini style.
